Your Responsibilities

Consulting & Implementation

• Analyze customer requirements in time and personnel management 

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, including custom adaptations

• Configure and optimize time recording systems

• Integrate SAP Time Tracking with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Payroll, SAP HR)

Project Management

• Plan, manage, and implement SAP Time Tracking projects

• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

• Support resource planning and budget control

Training & Support

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot technical issues

• Develop documentation and user manuals

Optimization & Continuous Development

• Assess and enhance existing SAP SuccessFactors time management solutions

• Identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct system testing and quality assurance

• Ensure all functionalities meet customer requirements and technical specifications

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in process analysis and requirements gathering

• Proven ability to effectively communicate and validate customer needs

• At least 5 years of experience implementing complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) projects

• At least 3 years of experience configuring SF Time Off and SF Time Sheets

• Hands-on experience integrating terminals and SF Time Tracking with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP)

• Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and provide expert advisory services

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
