About You:

  • Provide examples of successful Application implementations you've project managed.
  • Mentor analysts and technical teams on project management approaches.
  • Experience of project management / delivery whilst utilising small internal core teams and not always system integrators, 3rd parties.
  • Understanding of change management and change management systems
  • Experience of ERP systems / good exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA would be useful, if not you’ll gain experience in this Tier 1 ERP System
  • Worked to Prince2 and ideally Agile Methodologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the business
  • Engaging with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Managing external partners, vendors, and internal resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Taking a proactive role in risk management, planning, and reporting
  • Travelling to sites when needed to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement

  • Proven experience managing ERP projects (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IFS, Dynamics, Infor)

  • Set up and maintain Quality Info Records for procured items. 
  • Working knowledge of SAP Material masters and their interactions with QM master-data. 
  • Inspection Lot Management – How to manage Inspection lots in SAP, Result Recording Process and Usage Decisions,
  • Raw Material Approval- To compare supplier CofA data against specifications. 
  • To input supplier C-of-A data against specification for re-labelled products.
  • To input/transfer data in SAP for production orders.
  • To approve and sign off Quality Control results worksheets. 
  • Create and approve manual COA’s for the companies products and Create these in SAP to eliminate the need for a manual CofA. 
  • Liaise by phone and email with the plants and logistics to ensure smooth product dispatch. 
  • Monitor the QC Inbox and respond to any queries to resolve issues where needed. 
  • Raise and receipt purchase requisitions within SAP

 

This is position is Hybrid, so you will need to be commutable to Cheshire.
