Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager with a background in manufacturing? Want to join a global business with a full pipeline of transformation projects?
We're working with a well-established, international manufacturer that’s investing heavily in digital transformation across its operations. With multiple sites and a constant stream of ongoing and upcoming ERP initiatives, they’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take the reins and drive successful delivery.
The company application landscape is made up of SAP S/4HANA, other ERPs both off-the-shelf and bespoke and CRMs, such as Salesforce,
What you’ll be doing:

Leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the business

Engaging with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles

Managing external partners, vendors, and internal resources to ensure timely delivery

Taking a proactive role in risk management, planning, and reporting

Travelling to sites when needed to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement
What they’re looking for:

Proven experience managing ERP projects (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IFS, Dynamics, Infor)

A background in manufacturing or industrial sectors – you understand how operations tick

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfortable with hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite is a must

Willingness to travel occasionally across Global sites for Testing & Go-lives
